Overall I had a good experience when buying a 2025 iD4. One suggestion if you're negotiating a deal here, is to pay attention to the particulars of your paperwork. I traded in a car that had an open loan. This dealer shorted the payment to the bank which I was left responsible for. When I called the finance department to discuss, I couldn't' get a call back. On November 9, 2024, I purchased a 2020 Hyundai Sonata Limited after receiving a text claiming the manager had a great deal for me. That “deal” turned out to be only about $200 off. Great for service. No nonsense. Not so keen in the sales team however. We agreed on a price over the phone, but when I arrived at the dealer a few hours later, they had raised the price like it had been baked with yeast in it.

I had to come go back this time to trade in the car they SOLD me in 2022!! Had a check engine light come enroute from Arizona to Disneyland on 10/10/23. After stopping at an Autozone to see what their diagnostic machine would say what was wrong, I decided to continue on and stop at the nearest VW, which was Coachella Valley. New Management needs to be more accessible and service department needs to be more concerned about the requests of the customer. Would not recommend service center right now...maybe after some "bugs" are worked out.
