James and the VW dealership was beyond belief in service , kindness and Plus plus plus. James Granger is an example of a human being in service. Gives me hope for the future. And I just met him the day I bought the car.

have been a loyal customer for over 10 years at this dealership and I will never get a VW from them ever again. I told them that I'm a struggling single mom and they acted like I was getting a good deal on a Jetta and then when all the paperwork was done, they pretended they didn't Realize that I was returning my lease. I received a huge bill today for my VW trade-in lease and the car salesman here are literally so shady. I'm a teacher and I literally give so much to children every day and I hope these people realize that they are not helping people or doing good deeds at the end of the day, they are literally screwing people over so they can make money Any way they can.

James sales person and Caesar general sales manger went above and beyond to get me approved and they stayed well passed closing to make sure I was happy. I started with Moss brothers and the customer there was horrible! And I was so impressed how ceaser never gave up when we had trouble with my social number. James is still is helping me after the is final

Absolutely an amazing experience with Rob in the service department at this location. I had owned VW's in the past and left the brand for 10+ years. Recently decided to come back; however, had a minor issue that needed attended to. Went to another dealer (not in town) and had a horrible experience. Decided to come to Coachella Valley VW, as my neighbor had recommended and what a difference. My issue was taken seriously, addressed and fixed. Along with the challenge I had, I was recommended by my friend to do a few additional things, which Rob was more than happy to assist with on my new GTI. In addition to Rob, I was to commend the young man who picked me up with the courtesy ride (apologies I forgot his name) - extremely kind and a pleasure to talk to on the ride from the North side of town. So happy I found this dealer and will be doing all my services moving forward, if they all continue like this! Thank you Rob, the kind gentleman who gave me a ride and Coachella VW!

Our review is primarily about the OUTSTANDING experience we received dealing with James Granger. We first selected a 2025 Taos on line about 10 days in advance of when we knew we could be at the dealership. James handled the whole thing and was waiting for us on the day we had mutually agreed upon. The car was ready to go, with a bit of detailing, BUT we ended up buying a 2026 instead. He was friendly, courteous, and no "bait and switch" took place. I've bought many cars over the years and have never had as good an experience as this one, largely due to James Granger.

Came in for a quick service on my old VW golf, which they happily helped and ended up buying a new car. Quick, easy and friendly. Every experience at this location has been a good one.

Do NOT shop at Coachella VW (Volkswagen) at Catheral City in the Palm Springs area. Salesman James Granger was acting especially deranged at me tonight, doing a high-pressure tactics as if he was on drugs. His face and teeth did not match for someone who was in his 40s. Not even offering a test drive of a 2022 VW ID.4 nor an ID.BUZZ, which be a PERFECT vehicle for rideshare, especially airports and special events. $700 a month, 30% APR, sales price $20K with 25K miles of an early-build 2022 in its first model year. I said I wanted to sit on it for tonight, but he won't let take the offer paperwork home or pressuring to sign or shake hands NOW. He tried to grab the piece of paper away from me! I just crumpled it and put it in my coffee into the trash can. Similar experience with Moss Bros. VW of Moreno Valley 4 years ago, trying to buy or lease that same 2022 ID.4 at $52K with $45K MSRP at a markup for $600/mo lease. The sales manager Elle said that I need to have my salesman put his food on the table for his family.
