Great for service. No nonsense. Not so keen in the sales team however. We agreed on a price over the phone, but when I arrived at the dealer a few hours later, they had raised the price like it had been baked with yeast in it.

I had to come go back this time to trade in the car they SOLD me in 2022!! Had a check engine light come enroute from Arizona to Disneyland on 10/10/23. After stopping at an Autozone to see what their diagnostic machine would say what was wrong, I decided to continue on and stop at the nearest VW, which was Coachella Valley. Service advisor Jennifer took care of us. She was great and got my car in to be looked at around 130pm. Disappointed that my car was not filled with the correct amount of oil Checked it over the weekend and it was short oil. Brought car back in and was told that the reason for this was that the pump stopped working on Friday and therefore they were not able to fill it appropriately. I WOULD BUT I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE I BOUGHT A 2023 JETTA TOOK IT IN 4 TIMES FOR THE SAME REASON. I WAS TAKEN OUT OF THAT VEHICLE INTO ANOTHER ONE. I FEEL I LOST OUT ON MY 2500 DOWN PAYMENT WHICH WASN'T MY FAULT BEING THAT THE CAR WAS FAULTY.

I drove from Los Angeles to Coachella to meet with them and I would do it again. Came in for one iD Volkswagen and left with two! It was a great deal and we felt really well taken care of. It took a very long time to get the electrical resolved. Kevin explained that, t would be difficult to find. He gave me a loaner and was so polite and respectful. It just. took a long time to get resolved. We had to wait for the inspector from the insurance for the transmission. That was not the dealerships fault but all in all it was a long journey.

It's a very clean dealership, the employees are friendly they seem to work well with each other. They were inventive of me as a customer. The service employees did my oil change and without asking they went ahead and washed my car I was happily surprised it saved me a trip to the car wash.
I had no intention of buying a new car until Sylvester called me one Friday and said he had my car of my dreams Golf R 20. I drove off the lot a very happy man! Then Slyvester called my wife the next day and sold her a 2024 Cross Sport! Then the following weekend my son purchased a Ram 15oo from David C. I went in for an oil change. I was told that my brakes were shot. The price they quoted me to do the brake job was about $650. I went home and called my reliable neighborhood mechanic and was quoted $350 to complete the job. When I took my car in I was called by the mechanic who told me I didn’t need brakes at all. I had 10,000 more miles to go before it was necessary, I feel very ripped off and gouged.
