There might as well have been a red carpet! We went in not even looking to buy, but a quick window shop, and Ralph at Coachella Valley Volkswagen WOW’d us! His sales talent and intuition nailed our dream car. Actually, it was also the whole overall customer experience. From the Ralph’s personal sales touch, the owners, Phil & Corrine, taking time to speak with us to Ralpha in Finance working those magic numbers. We were hooked. Our VW Taos (new) was the icing on the cake. I had sworn to myself to never buy new again, but this team was extraordinary in customer care. In the end, my husband & I were so happy with our beautiful new car and joining the VW family! Kudos to them for making what I considered a dark side to being bright, shiny and new!

Ralph Alcantar made my car-buying process easy. I purchased a 2024 Atlas SE with Technology. Ralph’s (very) friendly personality and professionalism made for a quick and pleasant experience. Ralph answered all my questions & has been extremely helpful even after the sale. The dealership had just the model I was interested in, eliminating the need for a car swap from another dealer. The dealership was clean & comfortable. The negotiation was painless and to my surprise they beat my offer, giving me a 0.9 APR & a fair out-the-door price. Great for service. No nonsense. Not so keen in the sales team however. We agreed on a price over the phone, but when I arrived at the dealer a few hours later, they had raised the price like it had been baked with yeast in it.

Coachella Valley under new ownership and management rocks👏🏼👍🏼! What a stark contrast!! I experienced a harrowing treatment only 2years ago, from sales agents to manager!! I had to come go back this time to trade in the car they SOLD me in 2022!! The new owners/management, Phil, sent me a text inviting me to come back and lovely Melissa in Sales, treated me an elderly, with respect and not "hoodwink" me again with a RAW deal I received from the old management! So keep up the great work CV I-10 Volkswagen!!!

My experience with VW Coachella Valley was positive from start to finish. The staff was very communicative throughout the entire leasing process, keeping me informed every step of the way. I wasn’t sure if I would be able to afford my dream car, but the team worked out all the leasing details and were able to help get me into the ID.4 model I really wanted. When it was time to sign the papers, I truly appreciate the time they took to walk me through everything in detail and help me understand all of the terms and benefits prior to signing. They answered every question I had without hesitation. I would absolutely lease from them again in the future.

Had a check engine light come enroute from Arizona to Disneyland on 10/10/23. After stopping at an Autozone to see what their diagnostic machine would say what was wrong, I decided to continue on and stop at the nearest VW, which was Coachella Valley. Service advisor Jennifer took care of us. She was great and got my car in to be looked at around 130pm. The part that was the problem was in stock and Jennifer got two technicians on it to get my car fixed very quickly actually. I think it was a little over 2 hours which isn't bad for a last minute thing. I appreciate them getting it looked at and fixed in such a short time so my family and I could continue our trip. Thank you so much.

Fast, efficient, pleasant and so far well done. But, need a coffee dispenser with some nice Coachella Coffee in it!

I experienced the BEST customer service in the Service Department at Coachella Valley VW! I’ve brought my car in a few times and have always left feeling cared for but Nicole went above and beyond - helping me replace my windshield, connecting with my insurance broker and leaving me with a lasting impression. Nicole’s skill set with people could be useful in any industry and VW is lucky to have her. When you enter into a dealership, you never know what kind of service you’ll receive and I think Nicole is a great representative of ‘service’ - with a smile! I will feel so much more comfortable bringing my car in knowing that I’m in good hands. And I appreciated the ride from Sven - we had a nice conversation too about his love of cars. Thanks VW! Make sure to value those good hires!

We went early in the morning and we were promptly attended to by a friendly and professional service agent. The service did not take too long and we were able to get on with our day without any problems. We would recommend Coachella Valley Volkswagon Service Center to whoever asks.

Great dealership to work with, very friendly and no nonsense. Would definitely recommend and buy here again. Daniel was great, and Phil and Todd(the dealership owners) honored an incorrect price that was mistakenly advertised on a 3rd party website.

All I can say it is Amazing, great customer service! Will keep bringing my vehicle here as they know how to take care of customers.
